All the classes are recorded, available at any moment. You will have the freedom on practicing at your best time and space.

Start with home objects as your props. A pillow or blanket for the meditation, a book instead of the blocks. But you will definitely need a mat.

Yoga classes are 45 to 90 minutes. Meditation and Pranayama are 10 to 30 minutes.
